On which biologically active substance (BAS)/active ingredient, Herbion extracts are standardized?
Glycyrrhiza glabra extract is standardized on glycyrrhizin, Tribulus terrestris extract is on furostanol saponin, while Hedera helix extract is on hederacoside C.
What is the percentage of BAS in our products?
Glycyrrhizin should not be less than 4% in Glycyrrhiza glabra powder extract, furostanol saponin should not be less than 40 % in Tribulus terrestris powder extract and hederacoside C should not be less than 10 % in Hedera helix powder extract.
Which grade of extraction solvents did you used?
Pharmaceutical grade.
What is the result of residual solvent analysis?
Residual solvent meets specification of EP.
What is the GRAS status of your products?
All the material (herbs and solvents) used are all generally recognized as safe, hence our products are also obey all regulation required for GRAS status.
What is the GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) status of your products?
These product are not manufactured from GM (Genetically Modified) raw materials and are therefore not subject to labelling under any regulations.
What is the BSE/TSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy/Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy) status of your products?
During the course of extract manufacturing and packaging, these products did not come into contact with any materials, which could be derived from TSE/BSE risk materials. Hence it is BSE/TSE free.
What is the ETO (Ethylene oxide) status of your products?
By residual solvent analysis as per EP, we ascertain that ETO should be within limit.
Does your product is gluten free?
Yes, our products are gluten free and can be test as per requirement.
What is your modus operandi for the collection of herbs?
We collect the herbs our self or procure them from the certified supplier.
Do you have effective mechanism for the identification of right herb?
Yes, we have experience and expert botanists for the identification of right herb. They maintain reference herb library, and reference herbarium sheets. Even we have our own herbal Garden.
Does collected herbs are pesticides free?
Yes, our extract comply the pesticide testing as per requirement of USP (United States Pharmacopeia).
Does your products are heavy metal free?
Yes, our extract comply the heavy metal testing as per requirement of EP.
Does your products are irradiated?
These products, whole or in part, has not been subjected to Ionizing Radiation.
Did your facility is GMP compliances?
Yes, our facility is GMP compliance.
